Numerology calculator
Your mulank, bhagyank and name number, and the Lo Shu grid, from your birth date and name.
What you get
- Mulank from the day you were born: how you see yourself.
- Bhagyank from your whole birth date: what the life tends toward.
- Namank from the Chaldean values of your name: how you land on people who do not know you yet.
- The Lo Shu grid what your birth date repeats and what it leaves out.
How the numbers are worked out
Mulank: add the digits of the day you were born until one digit is left. Born on the 15th: 1 + 5 = 6.
Bhagyank: add every digit of the full date the same way. 15 August 1990 is 1 + 5 + 0 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 33, and 3 + 3 = 6.
Namank: each letter of the name has a Chaldean value from 1 to 8; the values are added and reduced the same way. Chaldean rather than Pythagorean, because it is the system Vedic numerology uses.
Lo Shu grid: every digit of the birth date is placed in the fixed square 4 9 2 / 3 5 7 / 8 1 6. Zeros have no cell and are left out.
Every number is reduced to a single digit from 1 to 9, each ruled by a graha, which is how these read alongside your kundali. Vedic numerology does not keep 11, 22 or 33 as master numbers.
